Engineering technical support plays vital role in product support. After sales service are important in ensuring products especially instruments/systems to be worked in its specification.
Our biomedical engineers are highly qualified and certified professionals by our principal companies and committed to assisting our customers with any issues or questions they may encounter - ensuring equipment we supplied remain fully operational at all times and that patients remain undisturbed.
Most of the instruments nowadays are controlled by electronics functionality. In Plasma, we have developed a group of skilled people to handle those related instruments and deal with any problems raised.
Our engineers are skilled at installing and servicing different brands of medical devices. We provide the following types of solutions to our customers
1. Service consultation related to pre-installation of systems or equipments.
2. Equipment/System installation service to customers.
3. Warranty management to all installation bases of equipment/system. This includes warranty repair and scheduled preventive maintenance. The preventive maintenance are carried out as minimum as 2 times a year for each equipment.
4. Technical consultation to end users in order to help them to get to know in the matter of prevention so that their equipment/system can works without interruption.
5. On-site engineer technical support. Engineers are available to support customer request during office hour from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm within weekdays (Mon-Sat).
6. Phone technical supports are available 24hrs a day and 7 days a week.
